We collect account details such as your name, email, phone number, and optional marketing preference to operate Moments and support your events.

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from Google to create or link your account.

Marketing emails are optional. You can opt in during registration. We do not sell your personal data.

Event photos are stored securely for gallery delivery according to each event's settings and retention window.
